How to Access Webmail in cPanel

Steps to Access Webmail in cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel: Start by logging into your cPanel account. This is typically done by adding "/cpanel" to your website's URL and entering your login details.

  2. Navigate to Email Accounts: In the cPanel dashboard, find the "Email" section and click on "Email Accounts". This area allows you to manage all aspects of your email accounts.

  3. Find Your Email Account: Look through the list of email accounts until you find the one you wish to access via Webmail.

  4. Access Webmail: Next to your email account, you’ll see a "Check Email" button. Click on this button to proceed to the Webmail interface.

  5. Choose a Webmail Application: cPanel may offer several Webmail applications, such as Horde, Roundcube, or SquirrelMail. Each application has its own interface and features, so you can select the one that best suits your needs. If you have a preference, you can set it as your default Webmail application for quicker access in the future.

  6. Webmail Interface: After choosing your Webmail application, you will be taken to the inbox of your email account. From here, you can read, send, and manage your emails just as you would with a desktop email client.
